Lessons are run Privately on a 1 on-1 basis and are 50 – 60 minutes in length.
If you arrive late, you may not receive the entire 50-60 minute session. We seek your kind understanding for this as we have other appointments to keep after yours. As such, the session shall be considered as a full session.
We are aware that you may occasionally be unable to keep your appointed schedule with us, therefore please inform us of your cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours, a full session will be charged. A waiver of this charge may be given on a case to case basis.
Weekly appointment slots may be lost after three missed appointments.
10 Private sessions package expire 6 months from the date of the first appointment.
Locomotion Lite packages expires 2 months from the date of the first appointment.
- We practice no refunds policy for any given bought packages.
- You may transfer unused sessions to a friend or family member if you are unable to continue with the prepaid sessions within the expiration dates of the package
- If there are any unused sessions in a package after its expiration date these will be forfeited.
- The management may allow the extension of the expiration dates of the package on a case to case basis.
Trial sessions are:
- Subject to appointment availability and is available at the absolute discretion of the studio.
- Limited to 50 MINUTES per session.
- A one-time only experience and intended for absolute beginners in Gyrotonic/Pilates with no prior experience.
- Once a booked trial session is cancelled it will be placed into the existing waiting list and scheduled thereafter based on studio availability and discretion.
Usage of Gift Vouchers are subject to the following:
- Gift vouchers are transferable but not refundable and may not be resold, reused or redeemed for cash.
- Only original Gift vouchers with legitimate code/number are accepted for redemption.
- Gift vouchers are valid until the stipulated expiry date.

- Locomotion Studio bears no responsibility of the loss or theft of Gift vouchers.
- Valentine’s Day gift vouchers are additionally subjected to the following:
- – Can not be used by existing Locomotion Studio clients with active and existing packages
- – May only be purchased and used by one individual ONCE (no redemption of multiple Gift vouchers by the same person)
